Improve GTK+ Runtime install error message

    14 If you're trying to install Pidgin and the installation aborts with the error message "Error Installing GTK+ runtime", try closing all applications - especially those that are running GTK+ (or might be running it :)) like X-Chat, gimp, etc..
    15 The last thing the installer log might show when the installation fails for this reason is: "Delete file: ...\Temp\gtk-runtime.exe".
     14If you receive a "Error Installing GTK+ Runtime" error while trying to install Pidgin, this could be caused by a running GTK+ application.[[BR]]
     15Close all running applications, especially any that use GTK+ (e.g. XChat, GIMP, Inkscape) and try again.
